For this project, the website needed to have a heavy focus on ease of use so that the website could be self managed. Using a friendly CMS with custom post types, this has been made possible to update the website, similar to the familiar social platforms. Simply fill in a form, upload the pictures and the pages will be generated into a beautiful layout and added to sections of the website based on it’s attributes.
Next, the need was to have the website display available properties in a centralized location, decreasing the need to respond to social DMs requesting what is available and details associated with each property.
To generate sales leads, various call to actions appear throughout the website, as well as suggestions for similar properties while browsing.
